1. Giới thiệu sản phẩm POB-1.2 SINFONIA Vietnam

POB-1.2 là naturally cooled brake thuộc dòng POB – Shaft type, Naturally cooled brake của thương hiệu SINFONIA TECHNOLOGY, được thiết kế để truyền và kiểm soát mô-men xoắn thông qua magnetic powder trong các hệ thống truyền động công nghiệp. Đây là dòng powder brake phù hợp với các ứng dụng yêu cầu kiểm soát lực căng, phanh và điều chỉnh mô-men xoắn ổn định.

POB-1.2 có rated torque 12 Nm, sử dụng 24 VDC và có thiết kế naturally cooled, giúp thiết bị hoạt động ổn định trong các ứng dụng yêu cầu continuous slip operation.

4. Nguyên lý hoạt động

POB-1.2 sử dụng special magnetic powder để truyền và kiểm soát torque. Khi cấp điện, từ trường được tạo ra bên trong brake làm thay đổi trạng thái của magnetic powder, từ đó tạo ra lực truyền mô-men giữa các bộ phận quay.

Nhờ nguyên lý này, torque có thể được kiểm soát tương đối chính xác trong một phạm vi rộng. SINFONIA cho biết dòng Particle Clutch and Brake có khả năng thay đổi torque truyền từ khoảng 3% đến 100% rated torque nhờ thiết kế magnetic circuit hiệu quả.

Một ưu điểm quan trọng là thiết bị có khả năng thực hiện smooth slip operation, phù hợp với các ứng dụng cần kiểm soát lực căng hoặc duy trì mô-men phanh ổn định thay vì chỉ thực hiện đóng/ngắt phanh đơn thuần.

5. Ứng dụng trong hệ thống công nghiệp

Kiểm soát lực căng

POB-1.2 có thể được sử dụng trong các hệ thống cần kiểm soát tension của vật liệu trong quá trình cuộn, kéo hoặc xử lý liên tục.

Máy cuộn và tháo cuộn

Powder brake phù hợp với các hệ thống winding và unwinding, nơi mô-men phanh cần được điều chỉnh theo trạng thái của cuộn vật liệu.

Máy in và máy gia công vật liệu

Khả năng kiểm soát torque ổn định giúp thiết bị phù hợp với các dây chuyền xử lý film, giấy, vật liệu dạng cuộn và các ứng dụng tương tự.

Hệ thống truyền động

POB-1.2 có thể đóng vai trò là braking component trong hệ thống truyền động cần kiểm soát tốc độ hoặc mô-men của trục quay.

POB-1.2 thuộc dạng shaft type brake, với đường kính ngoài 152 mm, chiều dài tổng thể 130,5 mm và shaft diameter 15 mm. Thiết bị có trọng lượng khoảng 5,2 kg, phù hợp để lắp đặt trong các hệ thống máy công nghiệp có kết cấu cố định.

Phần mounting sử dụng P.C.D 64 mm với M6 × 13 screws. Các thông số về shaft, key và keyway cần được đối chiếu với thiết kế cơ khí của máy trước khi lắp đặt.
